Interview with Supa Mario

What drew you to the music industry? I have always love listening to Music and my big brother kp been rapping for so long so it's just been in me since 13.

Who are you inspired by? The passing of my Father, after he died i honestly was left with nothing. I want to leave something for my son instead of this recycling cycle of being poor and broke.

Please explain your creative process. First i got to like the beat, buy the beat, write the song, book studio time at one sound studios in Memphis, buy a song a cover, promoted the song and drop a video. I truly believe that you can't push a song without some type of visual to go with it. Audio / Video it rhymes for a reason.

What’s an average day like for you? I’m a full time Barber and do music when I have time. I honestly want to be a full time artist and cut hair when I have time.

Is there a hidden meaning in any of your music? Actually I don't have any hidden messages. Im open and raw with my Lyrics. But i do believe that illuminati is real.

Do you collaborate with others? What is that process? I have collaborated with one artist and I will colab with anyone if i like there music.

Please discuss how you interact with and respond to fans. IRight now I have Instagram, facebook, and Youtube. So i whoever hit me up Im responding. Flat out!

What is your favorite part about this line of work? Your least favorite? Why? I love music so making music is something i cant call work. My least favorite is scheduling everything for my creative process. Its 24 hours in a day, time is an insult.

Have you ever dealt with performance anxiety? No I haven't dealt with that, I believe in meditation and balancing your energy.

What advice would you have for someone wanting to follow in your

footsteps? You must have a Job to do this Job. I know it sounds wierd but you got to make money to invest money. Just like this email interview its not free!
