Interview with Young Rizzy

June 10, 2019

What drew you into a music industry?

What drew me to the music industry is the way music touches your soul, i have always been a music lover. However not everyone has the talent or stories they been through to spit on the mike so i felt me coming to the music industry was a no brainer!

Who are you inspired by?

Im inspired by a combination of both old school artist like biggie, snoop, and jay z, then equally inspired by current generation rappers like G-herbo, Lil Baby, & Young Dolph.

Please explain your creative Process

My creative process comes from the expierences i have been through my lifes like an action movie i can paint a real life picture of what most only seen in movies.

What’s an average day like for you?

Average day for me is writing music hitting the studio then hustling all night to do it again the next day.

Is there a hidden meaning in any of your music?

Yes the hidden music behind my music is no matter what your going through no matter the scenario you can overcome and be great,

Do you Collaborate with others? What is that process?

Yes i do collab with others my single out currently is called Trhaplete which ft Traedakidd. Also my EP coming in august also called “Trhaplete” has collabs with Yung Mal from 1017 and Tru-L from Dipset

Please discuss how you interact with and respond to fans

I interact with fans mostly on social media when thanking them for support and even after shows when random people tell me keep grinding its inspiring.

What is your favorite part about this line of work? Your least favorite? Why?

Favorite part about this line of work is you can be yourself and get love for being real when alot of society gives you love for being fake. What ilike least about this line of work is always having to think before you move with every little thing due to the extra spotlight

Have you ever dealt with performance anxiety?

Never had performance anxiety thats a blessing GOD gave me ive always been good in front of peole i have a vibrant energy.

Tell me about your favorite performance venues?

Favorite performance venues so far is the basement in atl, smiths olde bar in atl, and apache in atl.

What advice would you have for someone wanting to follow in your footsteps?

My advice to anyone following in my footsteps is to work hard dont let nothing distract you because no one willbe as excited about your vision until you bring it to life. The music world has a way of eating up the weak minded you have to be mentally strong even when the world says your crazy.
